Our love story began at the 2100 block of Fisher Avenue in Speedway, IN. Our first Indy 500 experience together was a walk down Georgetown Road the night before the 2005 race. Denny chose a turkey leg and Christy had the corn dog. Much of this tradition remains the same and we are now play hosts for the annual family race weekend. Married almost 20 years, three amazing children (Stephanie, Bryce and Tanner) and the best Aussiedoodle in the world, Maverick. Denny works for a manufacturing company and Christy a software company. DC Property 1300 Block, LLC is a dream come true and the beginning of a legacy we plan to create for our family.
We are excited to welcome you to our condos on Main Street Speedway, IN. We’ve lived in or around the area for several years and love that we have the opportunity to provide a space for others to enjoy. It’s central location makes it an ideal place to stay while your spending time in the Speedway/Indianapolis area. We love the condos and it’s location on Main Street so much that when not occupied we often work from there or use it as our own getaway!
